We were lucky enough to enjoy a visit from sweet friends this weekend. We went to the soccer field, corn maze, pumpkin patch, singing chicken show, petting zoo and pig races (yes, Riley LOVED this).
I took WAY too many pictures (is that even possible)!? Dumped them into a slide show to the right. Click on it to enlarge them in a new window.
Originally referenced during World War I, when soldiers wrote home telling family they were "living the good life" or “the life of Riley,” the phrase suggests an ideal life of prosperity and contentment. That my dear friends, family and fellow bloggers is the utopia that Mike and I strive to create for our little Riley everyday! As arrogant as it sounds, we along with the help of God, family and friends feel that we are doing a pretty good job so far!
Former elementary school teacher turned "at home mom" and wife to a great husband and daddy. I firmly believe that family is the most important thing in this world and have first hand experience belonging to a great family myself!
They look like they are having fun. They are all growing up sooo fast. Hummm! Thanks for sharing.
